By accessing and using the services of Nova Travel & Tours, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Nova Travel & Tours, Inc. provides travel coordination services, including but not limited to:
Nova Travel & Tours, Inc. is an independent travel and event access company and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, or any official tournament organizers. We provide professional services to assist clients in accessing tickets through official channels and coordinating related travel arrangements.
4.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from third-party providers (airlines, hotels, ticket vendors, etc.).
4.2. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be specified in your booking agreement.
4.3. Full payment is typically due 60-90 days prior to travel dates, unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement.
5.1. Tickets to FIFA World Cup matches are not currently on sale. We provide reservation assistance when official FIFA ticket sales begin.
5.2. All ticket access is subject to official FIFA terms, availability, and pricing.
5.3. We cannot guarantee specific seating locations within ticket categories or guarantee that any particular team will play in any particular match.
5.4. Service fees apply for our ticket coordination and reservation assistance services, separate from the face value of tickets.
6.1. All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
6.2. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed.
6.3. Prices do not include personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, or items not explicitly listed in package inclusions.
7.1. Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees from suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
7.2. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability or pricing for modifications.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other covered events.
Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents including valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. We can provide guidance but are not responsible for denied entry due to insufficient documentation.
11.1. Nova Travel & Tours, Inc. acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, venues, etc.).
11.2. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party service providers.
11.3. We are not responsible for changes to tournament schedules, match cancellations, team eliminations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or other force majeure events.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
