Important: We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Many cancellation scenarios are better addressed through travel insurance coverage.
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for services booked through Nova Travel & Tours, Inc. Due to the nature of event travel and advance bookings with third-party suppliers, cancellations may incur significant fees.
2.1. Deposits: Initial deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another date or package within certain timeframes, subject to availability and applicable change fees.
2.2. Full Payment: Once full payment is received, cancellations are subject to the fees outlined in Section 3 below.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the number of days before the first scheduled travel date:
More than 180 days before travel:
Deposit forfeited; remaining balance refunded minus 10% administrative fee
120-180 days before travel:
50% of total package price forfeited
90-119 days before travel:
75% of total package price forfeited
60-89 days before travel:
90% of total package price forfeited
Less than 60 days before travel:
100% of total package price forfeited (no refund)
*These fees are in addition to any fees imposed by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, venues, etc.)
Many components of your package are subject to the cancellation policies of third-party providers:
We will clearly communicate all applicable third-party cancellation policies at the time of booking.
5.1. Date Changes: Requests to change travel dates (without cancelling) may be accommodated subject to availability and applicable change fees from suppliers.
5.2. Package Modifications: Changes to package components (e.g., hotel upgrades, different matches) may be possible depending on timing and availability.
5.3. All modification requests should be made in writing and are subject to approval and availability.
6.1. Tournament Cancellation: If the FIFA World Cup 2026 is cancelled in its entirety, we will refund all payments received minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred with suppliers.
6.2. Match Changes: If specific matches are cancelled, rescheduled, or relocated by FIFA, we will work with clients to provide alternative options. No refunds are provided for schedule changes beyond our control.
6.3. Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events, refunds will be limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers, minus administrative costs.
Bookings made for specific national teams are subject to that team qualifying for the tournament. If your preferred team fails to qualify, you may modify your booking to attend other matches (subject to availability and any applicable fees) or cancel according to the standard cancellation policy outlined in Section 3.

Travel insurance can provide coverage for many circumstances not covered by our standard refund policy, including personal illness, family emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

9.2. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of written cancellation notice
9.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking
Group bookings (10+ travelers) may have different cancellation terms based on negotiated contracts. Specific group cancellation policies will be outlined in the group booking agreement.
Bookings may be transferable to another person subject to supplier approval and applicable name change fees. Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 60 days before travel.
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations should be directed to our customer service team. We will work in good faith to resolve all concerns.
